Emily focuses her practice on real estate closings. She was born and raised in the Upstate and is thrilled to call Greenville home again. Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina and then went on to study law at Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time in law school, Emily was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law where she served as an editor and blogger. She also served as a 3L representative for the Student Bar Association. In 2018, she graduated and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her pug, Lorelai. She also loves to travel and explore new places and countries.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Susan moved to Simpsonville, SC in the Summer of 2012. Before making the move down South she was a Paralegal for a civil litigation firm in New York for 20 years. Once she got settled in South Carolina she worked as a Closing Paralegal for another real estate law firm in the area and ended up working there for the last 7 years. Not only does she have many years of professional paralegal experience, but she also has a Paralegal AAS degree from Erie Community College in NY. With her extensive knowledge of the paralegal role along with her engaging, kind personality…we knew she would be the perfect fit for our team! Susan now works as a Closing Paralegal and handles the entire closing process from start to finish. In her free time she loves being with with her three amazing children, her husband (Brad), cooking, hiking, and traveling!

Laura was born in Bogota, Colombia but considers herself a Greenville native, as she has lived here the majority of her life. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Pre-Law, as well as a second Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and Languages at Eastern Connecticut State University. She is fluent in English and Spanish, which is a huge asset to our firm in helping assist with our Spanish speaking clients. Outside of getting her degree she has also worked in both the criminal law and social work fields at her university financial aid office. In her spare time she enjoys working out, reading, and exploring all of Greenville’s local spots!

Tee focuses his practice on real estate closings and estate planning. Born and raised in Greenville, Tee is excited to be back in town after spending ten years away. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, a Master of Education from Lipscomb University, and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Tee is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and South Carolina. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nashville for several years before joining an estate planning practice in Brentwood, TN. Tee and his wife Cassie have two little girls, Wynn and Amelia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and fly fishing.

A native of Greenville, Laura Solomon is familiar with upstate South Carolina and all that it has to offer. Laura has over 13 years of experience as a real estate paralegal and licensed real estate broker. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers with their real estate goals and is knowledgeable about every aspect of the transaction. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and chasing around her precious twin girls.

A Greenville Native, Leidy has enjoyed living in the beautiful upstate her entire life. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in 2020 with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. During her time at Greenville Tech she was not only working towards her degree, but also worked as a property consultant for several different management companies in the city. Upon graduation she came to work for us as an assistant to the closing paralegal team, and there’s no doubt she will be a closing paralegal herself in no time. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, working out, trying new restaurants, and planning travel getaways.

Nichole is a Greenville native that is thrilled to finally be back in her hometown. She graduated from Clemson University in 2017 in and then went on to the University of South Carolina School of Law where she gradated with her Doctor of Law degree in May of 2020. Upon graduating, she went on to gain professional experience as a Law Clerk for the Spartanburg County Solicitor’s Office for several months, After her time at the solicitor’s office we were lucky enough to bring her on board with our firm full time as a closing attorney. When Nichole’s not working she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and her dog, Oslo. She is also a talented photographer and can be found shooting weddings on most weekends!

Lauren is another Greenville native at our firm. She graduated from USC Upstate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After graduating she worked as a Client Officer at Southern First Bank for 11 years. During her time there she had extensive experience assisting clients on a variety of financial transactions, including real estate. We are so thankful to have her here helping our clients on this side of real estate transactions now! Outside of work she loves to hang out with her family, friends, and puppy, Winston. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, going to concerts, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves!

Katie grew up in small-town Rockwood, PA before moving to Greenville to attend Bob Jones University, where she graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and a minor in Communication Disorders. She worked at the university as an Admission Counselor, helping high schoolers prepare for college. In addition to her community and volunteering work, Katie enjoys working out, hiking, traveling, country line dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a huge Steelers fan, and lists coffee as a “hobby.”

Hayes focuses his practice on real estate closings, from purchases to refinances and equity lines. He believes that every client deserves a great closing experience and works hard to give his clients the best service possible.

After graduating from Clemson with a business degree, and then earning his law degree from the University of South Carolina, Hayes began his legal career clerking for Circuit Court Judge, Edward Miller. Hayes accepted a position as an Assistant Solicitor (District Attorney) in South Carolina’s 7th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted a wide range of cases, from minor property offenses to serious felonies—including over 25 cases tried to a jury verdict. After three years of service, Hayes returned to Greenville and began his real estate practice.

Hayes and his wife, Katelyn, live in Greenville with their three children, Little Hayes, Whit, and Nora Kate. They are members at the downtown campus of Grace Church and volunteer as community group leaders. Hayes is an avid Clemson fan, and on any given fall Saturday, you can find him cheering on his beloved Tigers in Death Valley (the REAL one).

Robert S. “Trey” Ingram III

Trey’s law practice is centered on real estate. He loves the Greenville community and enjoys the opportunity to be involved in the area’s positive growth, and the development of its families and their homes.

Trey studied sociology at Charleston Southern University while minoring in religion, business administration, and psychology. He then studied law at the University of South Carolina and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2008. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2008, and to the North Carolina Bar in 2010. Trey began his legal career with Smith, Moore, Leatherwood, LLP in Greenville, and practiced law there from 2008 until 2018, when he partnered with Hayes Holliday to form Holliday Ingram.

Trey’s experience in real estate law spans both residential and commercial practices. He has represented seasoned commercial developers as well as first-time homebuyers with legal needs related to the acquisition, financing, development, restrictive covenants, zoning and local government matters, leasing and sale of commercial and residential real property.

Trey is also passionate about foster care and adoption law in South Carolina, and he and his family are involved in foster care, adoption, and advocacy for the welfare of children. Trey finalizes adoptions in Family Court for prospective adoptive parents, whether through SCDSS or an independent adoption agency, and he also domesticates foreign adoptions in South Carolina.

Trey and his wife, Kelli, have seven children—six girls and one boy. Trey and Kelli became adoptive parents in 2014 and have also been licensed foster parents with SCDSS since 2015. Trey and Kelli are active members and community group facilitators at Downtown Presbyterian Church, where Trey also serves as a deacon. Trey is a devoted volunteer board member of Speak Up: Voices for Foster Care ReformTM, an initiative of Fostering Great Ideas®, which advocates for legislative reform to the foster care system for the betterment of children.

An Upstate Native from Pickens County, Lisa knows just about everything there is to know about living in this beautiful city! It’s no wonder why she pursed a career in helping people plant roots here. Before becoming a Real Estate Paralegal, she was a Real Estate Broker for 20 years. After having a successful career on that side of real estate world, she decided to work on the closing side of the process where she has now worked the past 3.5 years as a paralegal. When she’s not helping our client’s through the closing process, she enjoys spending time with her three children, two grandchildren, and traveling.
