Hayes Holliday, a Greenville native, founded Holliday Ingram, LLC in 2016 on a core principle: to embody the high standards of a large firm while delivering the personalized attention of a smaller practice. By fundamentally building the foundation of the firm on authentic relationships and exceptional service, Hayes has ensured the success of both the client and the company. He earned his undergraduate degree in marketing from Clemson University and law degree (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina. He began his legal career clerking for the Circuit Court Judge and then as Assistant Solicitor (District Attorney) in South Carolina’s 7th Judicial Circuit. Hayes entered the practice of real estate law at Leinster Law Firm in 2014, where his vision for Holliday Ingram was born. Hayes and his wife, Katelyn, are proud parents to three children, avid Clemson fa ns, and happily serve in ministry at Grace Church.

Robert S. “Trey” Ingram III

Trey is an attorney who cares – about his clients, community and colleagues. His professional and personal philosophy includes making a meaningful impact by serving others – through law, through leadership, and in his everyday life. A first-generation college graduate, Trey earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Charleston Southern University while minoring in business administration, psychology and religion. He went on to receive his law degree (J.D.) from the University of South Carolina and is a member of both the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar association. Relocating to the Upstate, He began his legal career in 2008 with Smith, Moore, Leatherwood, LLP, where he practiced for 10 years, primarily focusing on real estate law. Trey is passionate about foster care, adoption and advocacy and finalizes both domestic and foreign adoptions in South Carolina. When not in the office, he can be found at his homestead in Moonville, with his wife, Kelli, and their eight children.

History

Holliday Ingram’s roots began in 2016 when Hayes Holliday set out to create a firm where its’ success and professional results were directly tied to personalized, client service and community spirit. Hayes’ passion for real estate law stemmed from law school, discovering that it’s one of the only practices of law where all parties can collectively have a positive experience and interaction. To build from the exciting experience of home buying, Holliday Law Firm focused on providing exceptional, one-on-one customer service to every client.

In 2018, Trey Ingram joined Hayes and became partner, dropping law firm from the name and becoming Holliday Ingram. The identity of their firm continued grow and develop from the Holliday Law Firm’s founding principles, and the pair adopted the notion of being an intentionally non-traditional law firm, providing a one-of-a-kind, stress-free and enjoyable process for clients and realtors alike.

Today, Holliday Ingram employs over 30 talented staff members that are fully equipped to provide the experience and level of service Holliday Ingram’s clients have come to know and expect. With the goal to expand across the state of South Carolina, the team at Holliday Ingram have become deeply rooted in the community, aiming to be at the forefront of the state’s positive growth, and the development of its families and their homes.

Lisa Trotter

An Upstate Native from Pickens County, Lisa knows just about everything there is to know about living in this beautiful city! It’s no wonder why she pursed a career in helping people plant roots here. Before becoming a Real Estate Paralegal, she was a Real Estate Broker for 20 years. After having a successful career on that side of real estate world, she decided to work on the closing side of the process where she has now worked the past 3.5 years as a paralegal. When she’s not helping our client’s through the closing process, she enjoys spending time with her three children, two grandchildren, and traveling.

Emily Marcum

Emily focuses her practice on real estate closings. She was born and raised in the Upstate and is thrilled to call Greenville home again. Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina and then went on to study law at Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time in law school, Emily was a member of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law where she served as an editor and blogger. She also served as a 3L representative for the Student Bar Association. In 2018, she graduated and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her pug, Lorelai. She also loves to travel and explore new places and countries.

Susan Hughes

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Susan moved to Simpsonville, SC in the Summer of 2012. Before making the move down South she was a Paralegal for a civil litigation firm in New York for 20 years. Once she got settled in South Carolina she worked as a Closing Paralegal for another real estate law firm in the area and ended up working there for the last 7 years. Not only does she have many years of professional paralegal experience, but she also has a Paralegal AAS degree from Erie Community College in NY. With her extensive knowledge of the paralegal role along with her engaging, kind personality…we knew she would be the perfect fit for our team! Susan now works as a Closing Paralegal and handles the entire closing process from start to finish. In her free time she loves being with with her three amazing children, her husband (Brad), cooking, hiking, and traveling!

Laura “Lulu” Pineros

Laura was born in Bogota, Colombia but considers herself a Greenville native, as she has lived here the majority of her life. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Pre-Law, as well as a second Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology and Languages at Eastern Connecticut State University. She is fluent in English and Spanish, which is a huge asset to our firm in helping assist with our Spanish speaking clients. Outside of getting her degree she has also worked in both the criminal law and social work fields at her university financial aid office. In her spare time she enjoys working out, reading, and exploring all of Greenville’s local spots!

Tee Hassold

Tee focuses his practice on real estate closings and estate planning. Born and raised in Greenville, Tee is excited to be back in town after spending ten years away. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, a Master of Education from Lipscomb University, and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Tee is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and South Carolina. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Nashville for several years before joining an estate planning practice in Brentwood, TN. Tee and his wife Cassie have two little girls, Wynn and Amelia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and fly fishing.

Lauren is another Greenville native at our firm. She graduated from USC Upstate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After graduating she worked as a Client Officer at Southern First Bank for 11 years. During her time there she had extensive experience assisting clients on a variety of financial transactions, including real estate. We are so thankful to have her here helping our clients on this side of real estate transactions now! Outside of work she loves to hang out with her family, friends, and puppy, Winston. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, going to concerts, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves!

A Greenville Native, Leidy has enjoyed living in the beautiful upstate her entire life. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in 2020 with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. During her time at Greenville Tech she was not only working towards her degree, but also worked as a property consultant for several different management companies in the city. Upon graduation she came to work for us as an assistant to the closing paralegal team, and there’s no doubt she will be a closing paralegal herself in no time. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family/friends, working out, trying new restaurants, and planning travel getaways.

Nichole is a Greenville native that is thrilled to finally be back in her hometown. She graduated from Clemson University in 2017 in and then went on to the University of South Carolina School of Law where she gradated with her Doctor of Law degree in May of 2020. Upon graduating, she went on to gain professional experience as a Law Clerk for the Spartanburg County Solicitor’s Office for several months, After her time at the solicitor’s office we were lucky enough to bring her on board with our firm full time as a closing attorney. When Nichole’s not working she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and her dog, Oslo. She is also a talented photographer and can be found shooting weddings on most weekends!

Katie grew up in small-town Rockwood, PA before moving to Greenville to attend Bob Jones University, where she graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and a minor in Communication Disorders. She worked at the university as an Admission Counselor, helping high schoolers prepare for college. In addition to her community and volunteering work, Katie enjoys working out, hiking, traveling, country line dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a huge Steelers fan, and lists coffee as a “hobby.”

Tommy Cofield

Tommy Cofield serves as managing attorney of Holliday Ingram’s Lexington office while continuing to maintain his respected litigation practice of Cofield Law Firm, LLC. An Upstate native, Tommy graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1982. Following law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Walter T. Cox, III, a Circuit Court Judge before joining Barnes Alford Stork and Johnson. Reforming Cofield Law Firm in 2002, following the footsteps of his father, late C. Thomas Cofield III, the firm practices in the areas of personal injury practice / litigation, real estate, estate planning, probate, construction law, contract preparation / review and mediation. Tommy was appointed by Governor Haley and served as the Governor’s Appointee to the Board of Trustees of the University of South Carolina for seven consecutive years. A poet, short-story writer and published novelist (Scuffletown), he married his high school sweetheart, Janet, a second-grade teacher in Lexington District One. They have two adult children, Thomas C. Cofield, Jr. (TJ), of Columbia, an ordained minister, currently employed by the State of South Carolina, and Caitlin Carolina Cofield, employed with Ramsey Solutions in Nashville, Tennessee.

A Caracas, Venezuela native, Cindy is fluent in Spanish. She was raised in Covington, Georgia and moved to Lexington, SC in 2015 with her husband, Bret, and their 3 children, Melanie, Valerie, and Trip. Cindy has 17 years of experience in customer service and is passionate about providing the firm’s clients with the attention they deserve for a smooth, stress-free closing. She is a member of Mt. Horeb United Methodist Church and an avid Clemson fan. She enjoys spending time with family and watching her kid’s sporting activities, being on Lake Murray, and walks with her 2 dogs, Noel and Biggie. Cindy is passionate about charitable work and volunteers for local special needs children events.

Summer focuses her practice on real estate closings. She grew up in nearby Anderson, SC and graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University, and then graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School in 2007. After serving as Director of Student Accounts at CSU, Summer was a supervising attorney before joining Holliday Ingram. She and her husband, Ricky, have four kids, but are also dedicated foster/adoptive parents. All the kids stay active, so Summer and her husband devote time away from work to encouraging and enjoying their efforts—from gymnastics and soccer, to basketball and musical theater.

Bo Roberts

Bo has called Charleston home almost all his life. He was born and raised in the “Holy City” and then attended The Citadel for undergrad where he graduated in 2005. After graduation he left his roots and went on to law school at the Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL. During his time at Stetson he not only obtained his law degree, but he also completed the nation’s top ranked Trial Advocacy Training Program! After graduating from law school in 2008 he stayed in Florida for another year working as a Judicial clerk for The Honorable Wayne Timmerman. After his time there he moved back to Charleston and operated a solo practice focused foreclosure defense, consumer rights, and bankruptcy. He began working in Real Estate Law in 2014 has been focusing his practice on that ever since. When he isn’t in the office he enjoys time on Folly beach or the boat with his family, coaching youth basketball, and being involved in his church, Awaken.

Daisy Godfrey

Daisy was born and raised in North Charleston and has resided in the low country ever since. She graduated from Trident Technical College with an Associates Degree in Legal Assistant Public Service. Immediately following her graduation she got her first job at a law firm where she worked as a receptionist, and then quickly transitioned to work as a legal assistant and closing paralegal for several different law firms around the Charleston area. She now has 19 years of professional experience under her belt! When she’s not working she loves to spend time with her husband, Jason, her two daughters, and her stepson. You can usually find their family at their children’s softball or volleyball games, on the water, and at their family’s lake house.

Sara is originally from North Carolina, and moved to Summerville in 2013. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gardner Webb University. She started a career as a real estate paralegal almost twenty years ago, and strives to help all clients have a great closing experience. In her spare time, Sara enjoys taking nature walks with her family of four kids, and husband, Nathan.
