Brittany brings over 15 years of legal experience and a genuine love for people to every transaction she handles. With a background in litigation, federal service, and in-house counsel, she offers both strategic insight and practical clarity, helping clients move forward with confidence. Brittany graduated from Presbyterian College in 2007 and was a Woodruff Scholar at Mercer Law School. Her commercial practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, and complex leasing negotiations. She has represented local business owners purchasing warehouse, office, and retail space for expansion, advised investors on 1031 exchanges, served as local counsel on an SBA and conventionally financed facility acquisition, and represented a statewide property management company in the sale of its primary office. Brittany is focused on steady guidance, smart strategy, and getting deals to the finish line.
A proud Greenwood native, Brittany and her husband, Matt, relocated to Greenville a decade ago and are busy raising their three daughters, Merritt, Lander, and Mary Crosby. She is an active member of First Presbyterian Church and volunteers at her daughters’ schools.
