Patrick guides businesses, developers, and investors through complex commercial real estate transactions across South Carolina. With deep roots in the state and a steady, detail driven approach, he brings clarity and confidence to high value deals.

A Columbia native, Patrick relocated to Greenville in 2024 and joined Holliday Ingram to expand the firm’s commercial real estate presence. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Darla Moore School of Business and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal.

Patrick’s practice includes negotiating and closing sophisticated purchases, sales, refinances, commercial leases, and easement agreements. He has assisted business owners in acquiring their first brick and mortar locations and has represented both landlords and tenants across industrial, office, and retail sectors.

Outside the office, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with his family.
