Neal’s path to real estate law began after graduating from Clemson University and spending several years in the cotton trading industry. Seeking work that made a direct impact on people’s lives, he returned to school and earned his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law.

Today, Neal brings a practical, team centered approach to every closing. He values clear communication, steady guidance, and a process that feels organized from start to finish. For him, the most rewarding part of the work is seeing clients step confidently into a new chapter.

Outside the office, Neal enjoys exploring South Carolina history and collecting vintage vinyl records. If he were not practicing law, he would likely be guiding fly fishing trips on a quiet river.
