It started with a simple belief: closings could feel different, more personal, more thoughtful, even enjoyable. In 2016, Hayes Holliday set out to build a firm where relationships came first. When Trey Ingram joined in 2018, Holliday Ingram was born, along with a new kind of closing experience.
Today, our 60+ team members carry that vision forward, delivering seamless, high-touch closings that feel less like transactions and more like homecomings.

Hayes began his career as a clerk for a Circuit Court Judge, then served as a prosecutor in Spartanburg County, gaining invaluable courtroom experience and a deep respect for the justice system.
When the opportunity came to join a small real estate practice in Greenville, Hayes saw the chance to channel his skills into a different kind of work—one focused on building relationships and serving clients through life’s most important milestones. That decision ultimately laid the groundwork for Holliday Ingram.
From the very beginning, Hayes has believed that success doesn’t require cutting corners or compromising values. At Holliday Ingram, he leads our team everyday with integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way—proving that humility, strong relationships, and genuine care for clients build trust that lasts.

Trey never planned to be a lawyer. But a study abroad trip to Romania, a last-minute LSAT signup, and a heart for justice led him down an unexpected path, one that has always been about people first.
As a co-founder of Holliday Ingram, he’s redefined what a law firm can feel like: warm, thoughtful, and rooted in service. Whether it’s upgrading the pens in the closing room or writing daily handwritten notes, Trey believes excellence lives in the details. He’s proud to lead a team where clients feel at home, cared for, and celebrated, because to him, law isn’t just about contracts, it’s about connection.
