Summer combines precision, teaching, and people skills in every closing. A Pendleton, SC native, she earned her business degree from Charleston Southern University and her law degree from the University of South Carolina in 2007. A numbers lover and natural trainer, she ensures clients leave with keys in hand, confidence in their purchase, and excitement for what’s ahead.
Outside the office, Summer cheers on her four kids in everything from football and cheerleading to band and theater. She and her husband, Ricky, live in Hanahan and are passionate about foster care and adoption, dedicating their time to supporting their children’s passions.

Charleston native Bo brings true Southern hospitality to every client. A Citadel graduate with a law degree from Stetson University, he found his calling in real estate law in 2014.
Known for clear communication, collaboration, and keeping closings running smoothly, Bo treats each one as a celebration.
Outside work, he enjoys time on the water, coaching youth basketball, being with family, and tending his collection of rare cacti.

Born and raised in Charleston, Bo understands the meaning of Southern hospitality and makes sure every client feels it from the moment they walk through the door. After graduating from The Citadel and earning his law degree at Stetson University College of Law, Bo worked in various legal roles before finding his true calling in real estate law in 2014.
For Bo, closings are more than paperwork, they’re celebrations. He’s known for his strong communication, collaborative spirit, and ability to keep things moving behind the scenes with his paralegal team.
When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Bo on the water, coaching youth basketball, spending time with his family, or tending to his growing collection of rare and exotic cacti.

Izabella is known for her calm energy, attention to detail, and commitment to making closings feel seamless, informed, and genuinely celebratory.
She fell in love with real estate law back in 2018 and never looked back. For Izabella, it’s about being part of something meaningful, fresh starts, new chapters, and helping clients feel confident every step of the way.
Originally from North Carolina, Izabella moved to Charleston with her fiancé Trey, their chihuahua, and cat after graduating from Campbell University School of Law. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her on the beach, at a Pilates class, or shopping on King Street, likely with a pistachio oat milk latte in hand.

Patrick Kneece
Commercial Attorney
Patrick Kneece is a one of Holliday Ingram’s commercial real estate attorneys with deep roots in South Carolina. He earned his undergraduate at the Darla Moore School of Business in Columbia and his Juris Doctor from the South Carolina’s Joseph F. Rice School of Law. During law school, Patrick served on the editorial board of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal where he contributed to the scholarly review and publication of legal articles.
Patrick focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, and his experience includes: assisting business owners in the purchase of their first brick and mortar locations, negotiating of leases for both landlords and tenants in the industrial, office, and retail spaces, representing clients in the negotiation, drafting and closing of complex purchases, sales, refinancing, as well as handling a wide range of easement agreements. With a strong foundation in property law and a commitment to client focused counsel, he delivers practical, detail-oriented guidance on high-stakes deals throughout South Carolina and beyond.
Patrick is a native of Columbia, SC but has called Greenville home since 2024 with his wife and their daughter. He's an avid outdoorsmen and loves hunting, fishing and golfing.

Brittany Reese
Brittany brings over a decade of legal experience and a genuine love for people to every transaction she handles. With a background in litigation, federal service and in house counsel, she offers both strategic insight and practical clarity, helping clients move forward with confidence.
Her commercial real estate work includes acquisitions, dispositions and complex leasing negotiations. She has represented local business owners purchasing warehouse, office and retail space for expansion. Additionally, she has advised investors on 1031 exchanges, served as local counsel on an SBA and conventionally financed facility acquisition, and represented a statewide property management company in the sale of its primary office. Brittany is focused on steady guidance, smart strategy and getting deals to the finish line.
A proud Greenville transplant, Brittany and her husband, Matt, are raising three daughters: Merritt, Lander and Mary Crosby.

He spent 17 years in Michelin’s legal department, including three years in France at the company’s global headquarters, before helping lead operations and growth for a family-owned restaurant franchise. Gant and his wife live in Greenville with their two children and he enjoys golf, pickleball, cycling, and mountain adventures with his family.

Hayes began his career as a clerk for a Circuit Court Judge, then served as a prosecutor in Spartanburg County, gaining invaluable courtroom experience and a deep respect for the justice system.
When the opportunity came to join a small real estate practice in Greenville, Hayes saw the chance to channel his skills into a different kind of work—one focused on building relationships and serving clients through life’s most important milestones. That decision ultimately laid the groundwork for Holliday Ingram.
