Patrick Kneece is a one of Holliday Ingram’s commercial real estate attorneys with deep roots in South Carolina. He earned his undergraduate at the Darla Moore School of Business in Columbia and his Juris Doctor from the South Carolina’s Joseph F. Rice School of Law. During law school, Patrick served on the editorial board of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal where he contributed to the scholarly review and publication of legal articles.
Patrick focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, and his experience includes assisting business owners in the purchase of their first brick and mortar locations and negotiating of leases for both landlords and tenants in the industrial, office, and retail spaces. With a strong foundation in property law and a commitment to client focused counsel, he delivers practical, detail-oriented guidance on high-stakes deals throughout South Carolina and beyond.
Patrick is a native of Columbia, SC but has called Greenville home since 2024 with his wife and their daughter. He's an avid outdoorsmen and loves hunting, fishing and golfing.
