Spencer was drawn to Holliday Ingram for one simple reason, the people. He values being part of a team that prioritizes relationships and believes the closing experience should feel clear, organized, and comfortable for everyone involved.

A graduate of USC Upstate and Liberty University School of Law, Spencer is proud to serve clients across the firm’s Upstate offices. He focuses on building trust with clients and real estate partners, ensuring every transaction is handled with steady communication and genuine care.

Outside of the office, Spencer studied French for twelve years and still enjoys the language. If he were not practicing law, he might be pursuing a different path as a starting tight end in the NFL. What matters most to him, though, is creating an experience where clients feel valued, informed, and confident from contract to closing.
