Summer combines precision, teaching, and people skills in every closing. A Pendleton, SC native, she earned her business degree from Charleston Southern University and her law degree from the University of South Carolina in 2007. A numbers lover and natural trainer, she ensures clients leave with keys in hand, confidence in their purchase, and excitement for what’s ahead.

Outside the office, Summer cheers on her four kids in everything from football and cheerleading to band and theater. She and her husband, Ricky, live in Hanahan and are passionate about foster care and adoption, dedicating their time to supporting their children’s passions.
